I’m Tania Mackie — an artist, digital creator, and mentor based in Cromarty. My mission is to help artists and creatives showcase their work online through simple, beautiful websites and easy-to-use media. As a contemporary artist, I create mixed media landscapes and seascapes inspired by the movement and colours of the natural world.

Part of the reason for setting up ArtMakerMedia, is that after many conversations with fellow creatives, the one thing that people often find difficult, is navigating the world of web design and the financial burden it can bring. I’m here to help you find a simple solution to meet your needs. Together we can create an easy to maintain, visually stunning website that you can manage after the design process is complete. I want to help you avoid maintenance costs every time you update your own website and enable you to be confident enough to do this independently. If you do need advice, support and ‘digital know how’ after your website is signed off, I can coach and mentor you to succeed yourself.

With years of experience in digital education, online learning, design, and creative projects, I know how overwhelming tech can feel — which is why I make it straightforward, practical, and even fun.

I’m not a coder or computer programmer, I don’t set myself out to be either. My approach blends the creativity of an artist, with the clarity of a digital problem-solver.

Whether I’m painting on canvas or designing a portfolio site, my goal is the same ~ to help stories, places, and people shine.
